Pumpkin Chai Smoothie

Delicious Pumpkin Chai Smoothie:

Makes 1 serving

  • 2 Tbsp Two Leaves and a Bud Just Right Chai Mix
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ¼ cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 cup ice

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well combined.

Tips:  Adjust quantity of milk or ice to reach desired thickness.  Try with any alternative milks
