(If you’re using powder, simply use a little bit less than the recommended amount for a hot chocolate recipe.) - Steam 12oz of milk in steaming pitcher to desired temperature. (We recommend 160 degrees for adults, and 130 degrees for children.) - Pour a few ounces of steamed milk into the cup and whisk until smooth with no clumps. - Pour in the remaining milk, and create your latte art...Or top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of Two Roots powder for color. **Tip:** if you make your own whipped cream, try adding Two Roots mix in to make a golden colored whipped cream!
